The US Confection Connection was assembled to encourage cake decorating and sugar art from an amateur to a professional level.  Cake decorating has always been a popular hobby among men and women alike. In the past years we have seen this grow from a hobby to a full blown passion of many. The US Confection Connection will host the NY Cake Convention. It is an event where cake decorators and sugar artist from all over the world can come together to increase their knowledge of techniques, and improve their decorating skills.
